At the end of the day is all ASIC states is that Leadenhall is not in a position to provide an opinion on the takeover offer and is not an 'independent' expert, as a result ASIC requires Leadenhall retract their FAIR AND REASONABLE statement as well as LIT offer withdrawal rights to any LPD shareholders who accepted the LITs offer post statement release.
It's in everyone's best interest that this takeover ends. LIT needs to focus primarily on the developement of Sileach and AG needs to pull his head in and stop spinning BS.
