Reckon it must have something to do with Converting Preference shares issued April 2000 and first tranch being converted today? Apparrently value calculated on av price last 20 days which would make you think that if artificially held down for this purpose then the opposite direction should be the case . There is another tranche due in May 2003 , can the "Lads" hold it back that long???
Anyone out there with knowledge of these deals or any other reason for the unusual 2 day activity????
