Right so far so am curious that you have such a wide diversification in your portfolio from US/AUS to management funds etc. Surely you have a no brainer sector where you can just bet the unencumbered property on and start looking maybe Rose Bay in Sydney or NY 4th Avenue for that guaranteed lifestyle change?
