The current directors and management of POS are more than capable of developing POS into a producer. AF is great for the contacts and marketing. Even if he had to step down as chairman there is no reason why he still can't consult.
Knowing AF if he lost this case it would make he even more determined to get back on top. He won't go down with a fight and loves to prove others wrong.
IMO it may have a short term affect on POS but it won't stop them. Just have a look at the credentials of the current team. It is a grade-A team.
