Yes they are skating thin ice. Hopefully costs of production are on their way down, and price of gold appears to be having a good correction ready for a good run. Sale of mine will also add cash and help them explore further.
Alternatively, their efforts to cut costs won't work, price of gold will dive, company will run out of cash and will crash spectacularly.
I think the first option is possible, but either is a chance. That's what makes this such an exciting 'punt' haha
