According to MG, SLX are licensed to enrich uranium upto 19.9%, hence can supply HALEU.
As he explained on p21, HALEU is for the next generation of reactors, known as SMRs, (small modular reactors)
that will come online around 2030. But he said well before then that the builders/owners will need to have established their supply chain, so that is an opportunity down the track for SLX, say mid 2020s.
Didn’t seem to far removed from LEU, (same process just more iterations) but you never know with MG I guess.
