And how do you know they are about to pick up more contracts? Is this your gut feeling or you have inside knowledge? If you by chance have inside knowledge I would suggest not talking about it on a public forum, and if it is just your gut feeling, well the 'market's gut feeling' is uncertain, they do not yet know if SSM will be susuccessful in picking up new contracts. And even if they do what are both the size of terms of the new contracts relevant to the step down in revenue expected next year.
So basic summary your 'buy' 30% undervalued is based on either your knowledge of inside information or essentially you are gambling that that SSM will win new contracts.
