If CIMIC wants Lendlease Contracting more than SSM, SSM doesn’t stand a chance…
It has been known to buy up businesses them massively underquote on jobs within the sector so as to win contracts .
-Even it it then has to announce losses, it suits CIMIC fine because the share price falls and this feeds into its’ buy back that has now been running several years and was renewed again last December.[ref]
… It’s essentially already a private company with Hochtief (mostly held by Florentino Perez Grupo group) owning more than 76% and less than 9% of the company outside the top 20
…. So if SSM wins, the price paid will be interesting?
