by the way can people not put thumbs up against my earlier post as it is not something people should look at as an option. Its dangerous and can lead to taking bigger risks because you think its a safety net. I reluctantly posted it as I have been in your position bigbrickie and I hate seeing DT's take honest people to the cleaners.
