The problem at present is that the takeover/merger price just keeps on getting lower and lower.

Based on Coeur's closing price of US$3.36 and the AUD now at 81.83c the bid is now worth just $2.80 a BSG share.

Hate to think what will happen in coming months should Coeur continue to underperform on the HUI and the Aussie dollar runs back to nearly 90c.

Have a look at the BSG share price from 10th. November last year.

I think it is fair to suggest that $2.80 is significantly below the daily average BSG share price since then.
