I still don't see any buy out happening. A licencing deal, yes. Buy out, I am almost 100% sure that is not going to happen. Reason? Yuman Fong. The reason Yuman Fong chose IMU is the promise to take his baby CF33 to trial. He does not want his CF33 sitting in the shelf which is why he shuns the big pharmas.
