Going back to the theories, I think a takeover or deal is in play and somebody is buying shares to take a foothold.
We have seen lots of big, early stage deals & imu isn't that early stage. It doesn't take a genius to work out that her-vaxx results should be good, given the time it is taking. And her-vaxx is just one drug from a platform.
Then there is cf33 and more...
