There are plenty of studies that look at age, however as I mentioned this is better suited to looking at individual cancers, rather than cancer in general. I don't see how your argument is relevant to the discussion at hand, ie the OP's opinion that cancer is a "rich person's disease". When assessing whether socioeconomic status does in fact effect the incidence/mortality of cancer, age is irrelevant.
