Q, You are completely ignoring the higher rate of detection / diagnosis of cancer in wealthier nations v poor nations.
Sadly, those of us (almost everyone) who have friends and family affected by cancer know that cancer does not discriminate based on wealth.
Go IMU and any other therapy that can relieve Cancer sufferers whether they're rich or poor.
