I highly doubt the SP action relates to buyout discussions in any way....I believe its far too early for IMU board to even remotely entertain whatsoever.
12 months ahead - jam packed full of news... I would suggest the SP will look dramatically different in a few months time ;-)
If I were on the board, no way would I be even thinking about buyouts at the moment....Not until more news is released to market and SP more accurately & fairly reflects the companies true value.
In relation to recent Price Action, a song comes to mind....."You ain't seen nothing yet"....
