I can pretty much guarantee things are going according to plan as there are various positions advertised for the Hillgrove Gold site, including Process Shift Supervisors, Processing Plant Operators, and Metallurgists.
Take what you will from these shown below, but a mine doesn't advertise for staff for a processing plant on site unless they are ready to rock and roll.
