mrpaul32, I have started this thread with a copy and paste of an article in that regard.
It does clearly states therein that MEO have all the intention to try and stop by voting down the return of capital to the shareholders with all of their holdings.
And they have also made it very clear that they are intending to remove Lang and Amery from the Board positions too.
Here it is:
