Each of these inventors will get royalties. They know what is the best way to get as much as is only possible. They know that the best agreement will be achieved only by clinical evidence produced by high-quality research. You can write to them and ask. They are insiders. I am sure nobody of them will let ATH do the commercialization of their PBT2 patent.
