The falling share price is due to small parcels of shares being traded, very small in many cases less than 10 shares!!! the obvious thought when i see this pattern is that its no accident. The NYSE listing is in the pipeline and very very close, the Rodman And Renshaw report has named a share price of $2.60 for pen, creating huge interest in NY. If the SP is around 75c at listing on NYSE and it jumped to $1 that would be a 25% jump, enough to make the headline news for every market report in the USA. The SP rise after that would be pretty steep. IMO this is being carefully groomed for the NYSE listing, A market desperate for a winner especially in the energy sector.
