Kikker,
I am not "picking" on you but just want to highlight what you said ... and does it make sense???
Did you not write "CR’s are good if they are for development and progress" the LTR board?
Given PLL raised funds to continue development AND strengthen their balance sheet ahead of future required funding you would have to say that PLL has done the right thing. Surely you understand the time to raise equity capital is when your stock price is high (some would say overvalued). LTR has d dropped from its post CR high of 29cps down to 22.5cps ... close enough to 25% drop ... but not quite the ~ 50% drop of PLL from 59cps to 28cps. Raising equity capital is tricky.
Likewise on PLS ... you've been there a while and would have seen a wide variety of posts. Remember this thread started on 23 Jan 2018 under the heading "PLS price end of this year" asking for any expert to estimate the price ...the price at the time of posting was 97.5cps
There were many and varied opinions ... yours at almost the top of the class at $4.15 ..
PLS closed Dec 31, 2018 at ~70cps ... HC posters didn't seem to get that one right either
I see PLS now raising at 36cps to acquire AJM (which is >90% less than $4.15)
So what's the point of this ... well IMO estimating a stock price isn't easy to do - think I've said that often. It is better to determine where there is value, or better still, comparative value. What I mean by that isyour comment "but this should fall to the mid teens IMO, to be in line with the other spec Lit stocks around the globe" doesn't help because price is a function of how many shares on issue for one thing. Perhaps it means it will trade at a peer multiple of the resource ... a fair comment ... but a spodumene resource in say Australia isn't valued the same as a spodumene resource in the USA ... in the same way oil in the Bakken doesn't trade at the same price as oil in the North Sea (and with Li we don't even have a real benchmark price).
IMO you have to fully understand your investment unless you are simply a trader looking for momentum trades.
Hope PLS & LTR work out ... air coming out of lithium stocks but not the electrification story. I'm interested to hear what ALB & LTHM say on Nov 5
