Betmakers paid 25% of the purchase price for Texbet.
If NTD decide to keep the brand and run it alongside betr as Ladbrokes does with NEDS, than BET would be 25% stakeholders in a bookmaker associated with the best operators in the business. and any projected revenue would be new revenue.
Texbet is still operating, and strongly I believe. The Texbet customers I have spoken to, have not been made aware of the sale and they have not been merged to betr's database.
Educated speculation that this strategy announcement surprises to the upside for BET.
