You are all right. problem is the confidence level is at an all time low. Due to them nearly going under and being saved by Noble constant information needs to be given to the market, say monthly so shareholers know what is going on. that was the problem last time and no one has learned any lessons. they might be able to run a small IO play but are useless at everything else IMO.

I will hold and see what happens in the next 6 months.
