i don't know what else u could ask for.govt building the tracks and leasing where necessary to provide a national system for any telcos to install their own technology.Has to reduce monopoly and uso obligations.there r only 2 other alternatives nbn or leave it as it is with an over regulated monopoly system.this way tls maintains its verticle intergration plus still leasing out access.
