Just to add a little gas to this fire,,, Following CGT brr episode last week I used the comms tool to ask a few questions and received zilch reply. For management they need to consider whats the point of opening up comms process and not responding. I asked (before any one asks me) 1 if the tonnes treated were ROM or selected / sorted. If sorted the ore waste ratio, 2 if the drive was straight or meandered, following colour, structure and the like 3 what was the theoretical grade of the ore block where the drive was sited 4 did they keep the drive to nominal dimensions or did it blow out (where they found colour) 5 I noted that it was a bit rude for the management team that managed the joint into its present shape to get rewarded for improvements from this poor position for which they are responsible. Maybe strike a higher strike after which performance pay may be triggered. And if they cant hold present management, thats most likely to be a good thing. I still think the project has great potential
