    A very confusing situation regarding the shareholdings and the orders of the Takeover Panel. Now we have a sale of shares being 'put forward' not a sales of shares but simply as a pledge of shares against debt. We will see?

    No word from the directors on the situation. Some buyers but few sellers - shareholders are in an information vacuum !

    Further information from the directors or management on business matters would be helpful.
