    No that is not true, if that was true A2 would fall harder.
    The fact is BAL is shortened more than any other coy on the ASX at the moment. This is working because the BAL is heavily loaded with retail investors and the Institutions can shake the tree easily and everyone get scared. The Institutions can then load up cheap just in time for BAL to join the ASX 200
