Not sure on this one, but I think the key issue I see here is disclosure. They have a great annuity stream, and in the past their products have been solid, but they have the bullying cases hanging over their head and in the case of the bullying case in Victoria TechnologyOne and Adrian Di Marco are joint defendants, the case is not just against TechnologyOne. I have spoken to a number of their customers and they are not happy with the delays in software development, and the performance issues in the software. The solution is very embedded in those organisations so not sure whether they are upset enough to leave.
