Does anyone know what is happening at the Judicial Review?

It is NOT happening today (Wed.)..that's obvious enough from today's Court list.

Is it over....all but the judgement?

Is it suspended, and will resume again? If yes, then when?

Has Cazaly boys asked for access to the confidential documents and been granted access, and now needs some time out to decide how to direct their legal reps?

And where is Super Sue12 at the moment?

PS:

I expect the decision might take some time before brought down, simply because the judges will need to write up comprehensive reasons with references and appropriate quotations.

And do it in such a way as to establish clear guidelines set in a comprehensive set of decisions to make the interpretation of s.111A (1c) as clear as possible, given these circumstances......As envisioned by the then Minister in the Parliament debate 1986, when he said in the future the courts will clarify how s.111A is to work.

Seems to us at HotCopper that this case is the first real test of the extended powers given the Minista under s.111A (1c).
