The best way to describe CUS is as a company in rapid growth mode. I n the last year the shares outstanding has risen to 1.2 billion from 500 mill odd, the businesses that they have bought will add dramatically to their revenue and their market cap is around the $250 mill mark. Meanwhile, as you pointed out, the share price is in consolidation mode.
As to what the company does it is probably best to go to the ASX website to find a recent investor presentation and read up there.
However, in a nutshell, we a cum a hockey stick type of revenue growth, starting in the next 6-8 weeks leading to a possible 4-5 times growth in market cap over the next 2-3 years.
