    Oh what a day,
    I wasnt interested in turning the computer on after 10.00 which was a great move considering the violent swings.
    I hold for the long term and the daily fluctuations I try to ignore which would have been very difficult today because having the volume Ive got the paper loss is great even though my average is 4.6.
