One of the things I like to watch is which Directors are buying and selling shares.
Sales can be for a lot of reasons paying tax, paying off a loan, divorce settlements, reducing exposure to the business. Purchases are more discretionary and Directors need to have a higher conviction in the future of the business.
It would be good to see a few more buys. Here is the history of the last 12 months or so and the average price
