Yep the spin is very important here!
the success of controlling the electron spin is indeed a big step for 12CQ… so far promising progress.
and then there’s also the biochip!

sure if neither can be commercialised you aren’t left with much, unless they start something new…

but how is that any different to digging holes in the ground looking for resources? if you don’t find something, well, you just have some dirt. If you do, it’s finite and viability is subject to global markets. Exploration, or now, R&D is a roll of the dice, but what isn’t?

You do what you can to weight the dice in your favour, and shorten the time between rolls, but nothing in life is ever 100% certain. it can take years for your number to come up, or you may get it first roll.

I believe the new pursuits have far greater value if successful, and may prove to be a much faster path to wealth creation than digging holes in the ground.
