Morning all, did anyone notice how AXE is now, according to Mo speaking yesterday and the company Twitter handle ' Archer (#ASX: $AXE) builds advanced semiconductor devices, including processor chips that are relevant to quantum computing.' Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't it used to be 'materials' and 'deep tech' and 'pure deep tech play'.
Other things I gleaned from yesterday's broker briefing -
- Archer will be partnering with a big semiconductor foundry to manufacture the chip
- The goal has been further refined to stick with delivering the hardware chip exactly like any other semi-conductor chip and it can be used in a variety of applications and uses depending on the end user. IMO this is an important step. De-coupling from the need for any proprietary software to make the quantum chip function. It's quite a rapid transitioning and solidifying of the product. No wonder Mo is excited. They really are going for it - a quantum semi conductor chip like an Intel or NVIDIA chip.
DYOR, IMO I would like to keep a piece of this action.
