    I have two problems selling.

    Capital gains tax.

    More importantly you never know when one morning a patent from Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Europe, or US is going to be granted for 12CQ

    or biosensor advances towards commercialisation with patent,

    And last but not least the demerger of the mining tenements. From memory:

    Gold, Tantalum, Kaolin, Nickel, Graphite

    Oh and yes copper "Blue Hills regional geologic setting closely resemble areas hosting significant Cu (Nifty), Au-minor Cu (Telfer) and Cu-Au (Winu) deposits in Paterson Orogen in Western Australia."
    ( I think that could be a rhetorical flourish but check out AZY. I currently don't own any shares in AZY)

    Sale of all mineral tenements

    I think we get a share of 50million shares proportionate to our current holdings. Possibly by late September.

    My time frame is 3 years see how it goes.
