That has occurred to me.
I notice today someone is possibly selling 250000 at 0.45 today pre sales.

The trouble with small caps is if a major share holder has to sell a lot shares because say that share holder has a margin call the rest of the share holders sink with them.

As piwi33 pointed out companies can't fabricate good news.

So we share holder are clueless if it is an issue with the tech, the personnel, or just a plain old a large shareholder has to dump stocks and causes a panic.

If the only issue is a large shareholder has to sell that obviously is a issue, but if there is a problem with the chip of biochip development that is a major issue.

We do need some comforting remarks from our CEO which are not price sensitive, if there is no new news.

Personally I think the development is going well, the macro environment is bad, and if a large share holder may be selling that to does not help.

I have also a couple of hundred thousand plus share so I am not exactly that comfortable about the situation.

I think in the long run things will pan out fine but short term it is a disaster.

Basically we just don't know what is happening.

My dream is a BIO chip that cam measewr HDL, LDL Apro B A small a etc etc.
Some of us will be acutely aware of what that means. Lipidology I find fascinating.

If the Biochip could do tha a $10Billion company.
