If there are prototypes, its more than likely they will be developed by a competitor to AXE, even IBM who already have a working Qbit chip. And IBM has just succeeded in manufacturing a 2nm IC.
Investors should be wary of counting chickens before they've hatched. The idea that Mr Choucair has a prototype chip hanging up in his bathroom while he waits for the patents to be granted isn't very likely. The patents they have registered may or may not be useful.
