    If the CSIRO stuck to it's original royalty demand of $4-per-device it could have done a lot better for the Australian Government. Especially, when you think about how pervasive WIFI is today. Instead, it foolishly settled for a lump sum.

    I think it fair to say that generally speaking government institutions have no backbone or foresight because they are run by people in comfortable positions.

    I don't think a listed company like Archer will make that same mistake. They have high-risk and nervous shareholder interests to look after.
