    Indeed you did raise the point about splitting @Tizard. Call me a bit too much in end of year party mode but I'm now seeing a clearer pathway for the 12CQ to be bought by the likes of IBM or a major partner(s) some time in the next few years.
    Main reason being that I do not see any kind of CR or retail funds being anywhere near enough to give AXE the cash to hire more and go full throttle developing a very high quality qubit for a variety of uses in the industry. For now AXE is doing very well, for the development stage it's at. But when we look at the kind of investment that's needed beyond say 2025....we will have to get out of this pond.
    And just to throw another nice coincidence(?) into the mix, IBM's chip for 2025 will be named Kookaburra. I believe AXE will have some serious milestones achieved by 2025, the quantum industry will be more mature and we could see some surprises.
