I think we all would love this .. our competitors also! ... I'd say there is a very valid reason why this is kept confidential and not necessary a longer time frame roadmap.
I did see the start date for the Ad and to me seemed unusual, but maybe not so considering the applicant they are after and how much notice they would have to give. Also the extra set of hands may not be required until then, possible all the optimization and test measurements would be completed by then possibly, then more help required for engineering on the final build and integrating all the components together who knows!
My takeout of seeing the advertisement is things must be progressing well.
