in my view I’m without a doubt its only purpose is to drive price down. It's forcing it down for all those who want to do tax time write offs. A retail seller would not be trying to sell just above the current SP. they will want to get best price even if means gradually selling that parcel off. this has been slowly making its was down just above market for weeks. Maybe it means some good news is coming though and they are trying to get a large parcel as low as possible, possibly even a smarter way of shorting without actually having to sell your parcel. I guess time will tell on this one. Is very annoying though.
