Certainly, does not relate to Archer but gives a good insight into what other countries are investing in the semiconductor industry.
Mo has already voiced his concerns that Aust was falling behind the rest of the world in investing in this industry.
If there is any significance I can only quote Prof Chris Miller (Battle for Chips) that too much importance is placed on manufacturing chips. when the real importance is in the design. re: Archer
