presumably they’d prefer someone with citizenship/residency, but there are always visas.
quantum computing is listed under the global talent visa program.
if they are qualified, and allowed in to Australia, I can’t imagine much denying them the right to work here.
a foot in the door with an Australian company in its growth phase could be very attractive to anyone looking for new start in the lucky country.
