I think Archer’s biggest burden is that they can’t (or won’t) set out a timeline of development for either the biochip or the 12CQ. A breakthrough could come in a fortnight, in 2 years or never. Investors hate uncertainty. They remove their $$ and put them somewhere where a return is at least hinted at, or more likely (as in dividends) within a certain timeframe.
I know the development phase has its uncertainties and CEOs don’t want to be hung out to dry for missing milestones BUT the alternative is slow erosion of SH value.
