HKP, I've been thinking the same thing. I don't know much about the patent process, but I imagine you'd have to provide enough information to validate functionality of the chip. I don't think that that necessarily entails divulging IP. The concern though is the information presented may just be another piece of the puzzle for unscrupulous state actors. having said that, I hope and pray AXE's cyber security is top notch. can you imagine their IP landing in the hands of these hackers?
