Yes, I was wondering about that...I don't trust them. In this case I hope I'm wrong.
With IBM being along side Archer, if anything bad does happen, to what would be a major change for computers, they might have the power to get the US Govrnment on side to make something of it.
Their (China)military would also be very keen to get their hands on the tech.
