Mo fille the role of CEO and CTO. Simon is essentially doing the same thing at the moment but is only called the CTO until such a time that they either find the right candidate to step into that CEO role, yes its taking a while and we all wish it had happened sooner, but if Simon can do the job until the right person is found then I'm happy to wait. I like you am growing a little impatient and want this ball rolling too, lets hope it happens soon.
