    You could be right, but in order to do a capital raise you'd need to be able to justify this with shareholders. A capital raise at a low share price isn't too useful, very diluting. How would shareholders be accepting of this if a capital raise won't actually progress things any faster? We don't really know if we're limited by funding, or if we're limited by having to do A before B before C before D before E and so on. I think we are doing things in order, at a reasonable pace. Unless we have Manhattan Project funding, I don't know how things can really be sped up too significantly.
