News says that the US has hit back at China with a minimum 104% tariff on all Chinese goods going into the country.
Consequently, I'll be watching how the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) reacts.. It will be trading between 11:30 and 5pm, Sydney Australia time.
I would have thought a 104% tariff on all Chinese goods will all but stop the Chinese export trade to the USA, which might very well mean recession for Australia. Tough times ahead Im afraid
