Absolutely 2105 this will be a big deal as well as the European Patent also - they are huge markets and so so important to protect the IP for 12cq!

There is no announcement from the company yet as it is not Formally approved - there would only be something from the company if the share Price runs and ASX issues a Speeding ticket I'm guessing ... anyway once the fees are paid and the rest of the steps concluded then it is official, but it's a very good indicator.
To get an idea on timeframe you can look over the Japanese Patent ( although this was over the Christmas Period so possibly may be shorter).

Consolidation is important for all good stocks and that's what we'll see here for a little while.
Great to see the Patent continuing its progress to an eventual close ... not long now!
