The more milestones AXE hits with it's development of it's IP.. the more the IP is worth.. In my opinion, Archer is the type of company that could be worth 1 bil based on IP alone.
1 bil for the IP to the 12CQ is cheap when considering how revolutionary the technology is. If I were in charge of a big tech company, I'd be interested to say the least.
